Restored in 1989 from boxes found in a loft. It has a close ratio gearbox and and is now in road trim but may have been raced The single cylinder model 18 was introduced in 1923 & was Norton's first OHV model. This example was first registered 9 May 1931.

1914 Indian V-Twin 1000cc. The Indian Motocycle Manufacturing Company were based in Springfield, Massachusetts. Indian was America's oldest motorcycle brand and was once the largest manufacturer of motorcycles in the world.

1947 Indian 741B 500cc with sidecar. V-twin made by the Indian Motorcycle Manufacturing Company of Springfield, Massachusetts. Often referred to as a Scout, this model was never made for the USA market, nearest equivalent was the Sport Scout with a 750c engine. The original colour would have been khaki but when decommissioned after the war all vehicles were sprayed red.

1955 Maico Taifun 400cc. German made Maico, known mainly for their Moto X bikes. This is their top of the range Taifun (Typhoon), of which around 40 were sold in the UK for £330. This is the only known example left in the UK.

Built by Ernest Earles, the man who designed Earles forks, this special was built in the fifties for use on grass tracks & road race circuits. It was raced by Cliff Bennett and Charlie Salt & is fitted with a 350cc JAP engine.

1943 Triumph TWN, model BD250 W. The first split single produced by Triumph TWN. The first 1000 were made in 1939 for civilian use, the Wehrmacht then ordered 12,000. Germany's fastest 2-stroke, quickly earned the nickname 'Steckelswein' (Prickly Pig) due to the cylinder finning.
